Welcome to Part 2! In this video, I'm walking you through my Q1 2026 quarterly planning using the Soft Sacred Slow framework. This is where the actual "planning" happens—taking my annual Vibe Statements and turning them into specific, actionable goals.
🎯 THE QUARTERLY PLANNING PROCESS:
- Seasonal Rhythms Assessment (scoring each Life Area 1-10)
- Creating my Harmony List (Sacred Yes + Soft No boundaries)
- Seasonal Pivot reflection (The Win, The Release, The Shift)
- Setting goals using Cultivate/Nurture/Sustain labels
- Brainstorming Goal Action Items for each goal
🌊 WHY THIS WORKS FOR LOW-ENERGY SEASONS:
Q1 2026 is my FOUNDATIONAL quarter. My physical health scored a 1 (critical drought), so I'm focusing on building sustainable systems rather than pushing for massive growth. This is what "Intentional Joy" looks like in practice—protecting my peace and energy.
🔑 KEY INSIGHTS:
- Not every Life Area needs a new goal every quarter
- Thriving areas (Family, Creativity) can stay on maintenance mode
- You're allowed to have more Sustain goals than Cultivate goals
- Quarterly planning lets you adjust to your actual capacity
