My Neurodivergent Friendly 2026 Annual Planning| Custom Goal Planning System (Part 1)
Welcome to Part 1 of my custom goal-setting system! In this video, I’m walking you through my annual planning process using the Soft Sacred Slow (SSS) framework—a neurodivergent-affirming, Christian-based approach to goal setting that prioritizes sustainable rhythms over hustle culture.
✨ THE YEAR OF ME ✨
My word for 2026 is “Intentional Joy” (James 1:2-4), and instead of rigid annual goals, I’m creating Vibe Statements for 8 Life Areas that reflect who I want to BECOME, not just what I want to accomplish.
📋 WHAT’S COVERED IN THIS VIDEO:
- Annual Discovery Session (reflecting on 2025, looking ahead to 2026)
- My Governing Values & Clarifying Statements
- Creating Vibe Statements for each Life Area
- How I integrate faith, personality (DISC), and my neurodivergent design
- Why “soft, sacred, slow” works better than hustle culture
🌱 THE SOFT SACRED SLOW PHILOSOPHY:
SOFT: Working WITH my design, not against it
SACRED: All of life is ministry when lived unto the Lord
SLOW: Sustainable rhythms over impressive sprints
This system is perfect for you if:
✅ You’re neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, etc.)
✅ You’re tired of productivity systems that don’t honor your capacity
✅ You want to integrate faith authentically into your planning
✅ You’re a multi-passionate creative juggling many callings
✅ You want goals that honor rest and boundaries
